Exilis Ultra 360™ uses advanced monopolar radiofrequency technology to induce 360° volumetric heating beneath the skin surface. This both disrupts old collagen fibres and initiates new collagen production. As a result, patients experience wrinkle reduction, improvement in skin laxity, and an overall skin tightening effect.

Each treatment is completed in a quick 20-40 minutes, depending on the treatment area.
We recommend you drink plenty of water and avoid diuretics like alcohol and caffeine the day prior to your treatment. Unlike surgery, there is no pre-procedure preparation such as blood work or fasting for Exilis Ultra 360™. Following your appointment at our Ottawa clinic, there is no special care or downtime required aside from basic skin maintenance and sunscreens as part of a regular skincare routine. Most patients return to their regular activities immediately following treatment.
Exilis Ultra 360™ uses advanced monopolar radiofrequency technology to heat the deep, collagen-rich layers of your skin. The heat helps tighten existing collagen and stimulate the formation of new collagen, which reduces sagging and improves the smoothness of the skin’s surface.
Although some tightening may be visible after a single treatment, your results will improve over the treatment series and the following three months, during which your body’s natural collagen-rebuilding process occurs. Depending on your skin condition and aging process, results can last years.
Each time the treatment device touches your skin, you’ll experience a sensation similar to that of a hot stone massage. The heating sensation is a sign that the deep layers of your skin are reaching effective temperatures for tightening. Throughout the Exilis Ultra 360™ procedure, your treatment provider will ask for feedback on the level of heat sensation to help balance your comfort with maximum results.
