Exilis Ultra 360™ uses advanced monopolar radiofrequency technology to induce 360° volumetric heating beneath the skin surface. This both disrupts old collagen fibers and initiates new collagen production, resulting in wrinkle reduction, improvement skin laxity and overall skin tightening.

During a personalized assessment, your treatment provider will work with you to create a treatment plan to meet your unique skin needs.
We will then take baseline photos for your patient file. These will be used to show you your results and serve as a reference over time.

Throughout your treatment, the Exilis Ultra 360™ thermistor-regulated hand piece is moved along the surface of your skin, delivering 360° volumetric heating into the skin’s dermis.

Each treatment is completed in a quick 20-40 minutes, depending on the treatment area.
We recommend you drink plenty of water and avoid diuretics like alcohol and caffeine the day prior to your treatment. Unlike surgery, there is no pre-procedure preparation such as blood work or fasting. And there is no special care required after treatment, aside from basic skin maintenance and sunscreens as part of a regular skincare routine. Since the Exilis Ultra 360™ procedure has little to no downtime, most patients return to their regular activities immediately following treatment.
Exilis Ultra 360™ uses advanced monopolar radiofrequency technology to heat the deep, collagen rich layers of your skin. The heat helps tighten existing collagen and stimulate the formation of new collagen, which reduces sagging, and improves the smoothness of the skin’s surface.
Although some tightening may be visible after a single treatment, your results will improve over the treatment series and the following 3-month period where your body’s natural collagen rebuilding process occurs. Results can last years depending on your skin condition and aging process.
Each time the treatment device touches your skin, you’ll experience a sensation similar to that of a hot stone massage. The heating sensation is a sign that the deep layers of your skin are reaching effective temperatures for tightening. Throughout the procedure, your treatment provider will ask for feedback on the level of heat sensation to help balance your comfort with maximum results.
