Back in 2003 when MAX+ was created, no one was talking about LED treatments for your skin. But JB, with her restless entrepreneurial mind and passion for innovation, wanted to create something different than the lasers and microdermabrasion treatments that were on the market at the time.
To JB, the potential of LED was as simple as looking at the principle laws of photobiology: light evokes changes at a cellular level, and cellular changes lead to chemical and physiological changes. Our skin is no exception!

Violet light (415nm) – kills acne bacteria and stops bacteria proliferation; an early study found 76% of inflammatory lesions disappeared with 6 MAX+ sessions using this wavelength alone!
Blue light (450nm) – supports with intercellular communication for proper skin function. Bonus: blue light has been proven to help relieve symptoms of seasonal depression and insomnia!
Green light (525nm) – heals post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to skin trauma
Yellow light (590nm) – JB’s go-to to get red-carpet-ready, this wavelength reduces redness, inflammation and provides an instant glow
Red light (633nm) – for skin rejuvenation and collagen production to soften fine lines and wrinkles

What makes MAX+ different from the other LED treatments offered in clinics or for at home use?
MAX+ uses the highest quality medical-grade treatment arm, which oscillates around your face, evenly distributing the light therapy during your treatment.
